Origin of Shipping
All orders are shipped from Denmark with PostNord, the official Danish postal service. PostNord has a wide network and strong experience in both domestic and international deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery within Denmark usually takes about 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the time the order is placed.
For European Union countries, delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
For countries outside the European Union, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and international logistics.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to potential delays, customs procedures in the destination country, or transport disruptions.
Weight and Size Limits
PostNord generally accepts international parcels up to 20 kg. Dimensions must comply with length and girth restrictions set by the destination country. Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel, and the cost will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping details.
Customs and Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any such fees (customs, VAT, or import duties).
We provide all required invoices and attach the necessary export documentation requested by customs authorities.
Delivery Options
Whenever possible, parcels will be delivered directly to your home address. In some countries, delivery may instead be made to a parcel shop or collection point.
Each order is shipped with a tracking number provided by Bees Partners or PostNord, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives safely.
Order and Dispatch Times
Orders placed before [e.g., 14:00 CET] are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

If your parcel cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we will work with PostNord to investigate and find a solution.
All parcels are securely packed to prevent damage during transport. Please check your parcel upon delivery, and if you notice any damage, contact us immediately with a photo of the condition.
