Propolis is a natural substance collected by honeybees from plants and tree buds. Bees use it to protect and disinfect their hives. For humans, propolis is valued for its natural resins, essential oils, and bioactive compounds.

We provide raw cleaned propolis sourced and packed in Denmark. It is carefully cleaned to remove wax and debris, while keeping its natural resins intact. We do not add preservatives, colors, or artificial ingredients.

Yes. Our product is 100% natural raw propolis that has only been physically cleaned. No chemicals or additives are used.

We sell propolis in granules/chunks (cleaned pieces). This makes it easy to use for tinctures, extracts, or blending into other formulations.

Yes. We ship from Denmark with PostNord.
Denmark: usually 1–2 business days.
EU countries: usually 3–7 business days.
Outside the EU: usually 5–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or transport delays.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and parcel weight. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Bees Partners provides the required invoices and export documents.

We accept secure online payments by credit/debit card (via Stripe or PayPal). In some cases, we also offer bank transfer. Payment options will be shown at checkout.

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
